Mobile Clinic Returns this Friday!

Exciting news! The Neighborhood Mobile Wellness Clinic is making its way back to our neighborhood this Friday, March 1st, and this time, it's parked right on Toomer St.

Here's a quick rundown of what you can expect:

• Blood Pressure Checks: Keep your cardiovascular health in check with regular screenings.
• Glucose Screening and Monitoring: Stay proactive about your diabetes risk with convenient screenings and ongoing monitoring.
• Referral to Community Resources: Need extra support or information? The Wellness team will connect you with the right community resources.

And remember, it's all walk-in, no appointments necessary! Swing by at your convenience to take advantage of these crucial services.

The clinic will be at the following locations from 9 am - 1 pm each day and until 3 pm on 2nd Fridays.

1st Fridays - 1706 Toomer St.

2nd Fridays - 3740 Pepperell Pkwy

3rd Thursdays - 1000 Samford Court

4th Fridays - 300 Jeter Avenue
