Expungement Clinic

The Goodwill Career Center will be hosting an Expungement Clinic in partnership with the Legal Services of Alabama, on June 23, 2023 from 10 am to 1 pm.  The event will be held at 3740 Pepperell Parkway, Opelika, AL.
 
  • Expungements help clear your criminal record of select misdemeanor charges
  • This is for charges that have been filed but not convicted.
  • Charges ONLY in State of Alabama ( if you live in Georgia but the offense happened in Alabama)
  • MUST bring ID
  • MUST bring proof of income
  • Staff from the Legal Services of Alabama can answer your questions about other issues (convictions) also.
